The Messenger
This Pulse Rifle is by far the best Legendary primary in the game for PvP holy crap this thing wrecks. I have the Arc Adept version and I'm in love. Messenger + Queenbreakers' Bow = my favorite PvP loadout.

Last night I finally maxed mine out and tried it in crucible I use the 3rd scope & Perfect balance combo ..... Went on a 5 kill streak without even trying And I sniped a headshot with it from C point to B point in Shores of Time The 2 shot is deadly
