Perks- Increased Special Ammo, Serpents Tail
Exotic Perk- Scales of Immortality- Provides extra armor upon resurrection.
Design- Similar to Void Fang Vestments except has a cuirass made of black dragon scales over the chest and the bottom of the robes are torn a bit and singed. Changes color with shaders and provides Discipline and Strength.

This is similar to what the ram does. I'd say that you start with an over shield whenever you sun sing.
