Whats your Signature Dish?
Everyone has one thing they can make better than most. And its usually your best cooking.
Personally I'm a BBQ enthusiast, I love making ribs, pork chops, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, you name it. I can also make an amazing batch of biscuits and gravy. (Yes the biscuits and the gravy are from scratch)
What's your signature dish/dishes?
I've got one epic dish I've made once I may share too.

I make some bomb ass Shepherds Pie... With some garlic toast... Sooo good... I think I'm pretty damn good at bbq'ing, but it also depends on the meat, but my steaks tend to be amazing no matter what.
