Oddest Asian food you've experienced?
I'm Asian and I'm interested to know from the non asians in here if you opened up your pallette to our wonderous food? So what Asian food/s have you tried?
Edit: I'm a food fanatic and love culture. I'm interested to see what others encountered. Nom nom nom (your welcome to add food porn hehe)

2 RisposteHave had sushi and sashimi (sp?). Tried sweetbreads once not bad just a strange consistency. Escargot, and frogs legs, yes they do taste like chicken. Haven't had the guts (pun intended) to try tripe yet. Although there is a Vietnamese restaurant next to work that has pho with tripe I want to try. Oh...love ceviche too!!
