The Fume Knight is easy once you take the time to learn ALL of his moves (especially anticipating his surprise recovery attacks). However I had soooo much trouble with the blue Smelter Demon because his sword gets really long and he sometimes pauses between attacks, making you roll right into one.

That's the problem I had with Fume Knight. His move set is relatively simple but he didn't follow a particular pattern. That fight requires a good deal of spotting cues.
