I don't really think it is OP. I have the Efrideet's Spear with all of the perks you mentioned. I'm not going to lie; it's a beast. It isn't OP for one single reason though, you don't have infinite ammo. It isn't something like Thorn (just an example people, calm down) where it kills in 2 shots and you can do that forever because you always have ammo. Yes, you have 1 guaranteed body shot kill per mag, but you don't have enough ammo to make it more powerful than any other special weapon. With Praetorian Foil I can 1 shot kill most of the time, but I have a lot more ammo for it than Efrideet's Spear. The same can be said of most shotguns.
