Seriously, Glass Half Full and Reactive Reload on a Fusion Rifle? That seems like a gdlk roll. Constant bonus damage on top of the RIDICULOUSLY high impact. I know the charge speed is bad but it has accelerated coils to boost it a bit.
Is it because its a rare drop (just got mine last night after months of hard raid)? Is there something I'm missing?
EDIT: now its going to be updated to 365 attack. This weapon is going to wreck shit lol. Who's going to use it again?

3 RisposteIt's kind of rare it seems. I use it for Oracles, I have one maxed. The only one I've ever seen drop. Still haven't seen timepiece drop though ever.
