The original sin. When Adam and Eve ate the fruit, our original image and everything on the earth changed. Sin, death and evil entered the earth, which was not part of the original design. Some plants got thorns, others became poisonous. Before sin, all animals were herbivores. This why things are the way they are today.

Well being omniscient he should have seen it coming, if it was against his plan then he isn't omniscient or omnipotent. If it was against his plan and he couldn't change it then he isn't omnipotent and if he couldn't see it before it happened he isn't omniscient

it's not that he couldn't, it's he shouldn't have had to. He gave humans free will, when Satan deceived Eve it was a test and they failed and God altered the plan. Because he loves us so much and hates sin, there was no choice but to send Jesus Christ to die for our sins because God cannot be associated with sin.

You cannot claim "there was no choice". An omnipotent being, by definition, could do anything in any given situation.

But you don't understand, he went in with full knowledge that they would fail, almost like he wanted us to be mortal.
