Some people keep saying PS4 is getting time keeper exclusively. It isn't. Both PS3 & PS4 are getting it. And there are no exclusive weapons/armor, it's just a pre order static theme. But it is all irrelevant, all this content is time release and will become available to Xbox eventually anyway. For them, one day they'll get a few new guns available from drops/Xur and a few new Crucible maps and a couple of new Strikes. It sucks now, but it'll be nice fresh {for lack of a better term} dlc drop in the future. Everyone will have everything eventually.
