I've seen stuff in websites that they are already making a FNAF4 and a TV/Movie series about the games. Are these just rumors, or are these as real as the as the Hat in Fazbear's head?

Along side a large amount of 87's that were scattered in the code of the site. FNaF:The final chapter is coming out Halloween 2015. (The second teaser is also out too...)
