This may be a forgone conclusion. Certain Gjallarhorn owners -the owners who did not buy it or get it early- vehemently deny the idea of Xur ever selling the G-Horn because of the grind they went through. I am no longer under the impression that G-Horn owners desire to feel special for owning something exclusive. More often than not it is probably G-Horn owners who went through a literal crucible to get the weapon. So the idea that all players may be able to just buy it this week is ludicrous. Thoughts?
