Dunno if it's all that impressive but it's pretty unique. I have a trait of a disease call sickle cell anemia which is only found in black people(I'm white btw). Instead of the blood cells being perfectly round they are closer to the shape of a quarter moon. This causes the person to bleed profusely when cut and instead it healing like normal it keeps bleeding. Now I am not directly affected as I only have the trait but my kids(I don't have any by the way) have a very small chance of getting it. Now it is only found in black people but it can be found in other people through mutation. So the story behind this is my some number great grandfather was working on the Panama Canal and Mosquitos at the time were spreading malaria to the workers. Malaria can screw up your genetic coding and that seems to be the most likely cause. My dad says it's either that or I have a "booger bear" in my family tree.
