It helped that I was sniping heads off clueless guardians, using Thorn in people at mid distance from me to keep them away, and Golden-Gunning everyone who decided to get closer than usual. So to sum up, pretty much doing what everyone in the forums hate, haha! Edit: the above was in the Iron Banner last week. In Crucible I managed to hit 21.5 after going 43/1 last year. Of course it helped that this was back when I had Suros Regime two weeks before Xur sold it.
