1. Medium charge rate, very very short range, extremely high impact. Shots fired blast out in a wide spray with the range of a shotgun. This would be optimal for blowing away multiple targets at once at close range.
2. Bonus damage when hitting enemies from behind.
Design: Some sort of cross between a fusion rifle and shotgun.
