If you're asking about the perks then shouldn't that reflect in your title? The Spear is a solid sniper but slow fire rate keeps it in check. I get that people are getting 1 chance at a body shot kill with Final Round but with guns like Thorn, TLW, & Felwinter's stinking up PVP I can't agree the the Spear is OP because of 1 bullet.
