I agree completely, the hunter supers are not balanced by the pure fact that they are mobile supers that can grant several 1 or 2-shot kills covering a rather large area and can be used to wipe (or nearly wipe) an entire enemy team without them even needing to be all that close to each other. Neither Titan super has this range and the only Warlock super that could even be remotely compared to both Hunter supers is Radiance which gives you a slight reduction to damage taken and several more grenades - hardly on par with arc blade or golden gun tbqh.
