I've been running vog since it launched and still don't have one. I swear the drop chance is like .1% Its so frustrating lol. Worst part is I ran with a Christmas noob last night who dismantled it along with apotheosis veil and light beyond nemesis. I wish rngesus knew who the idiots were but I guess not lol.
