Do you have to be Rank 20 to get Crucible points?
I have played my 2nd character today from rank 9 to 11, and I am not earning any Crucible Points. Also, I am completing some crucible bounties but not others (i.e completing grenades bounty; not completing win 3 matches bounty). Is something busted here?
