You can restart all missions.
Just hit square at every possible chance, the option will not be visible but it's there. If done correctly it will say "would you like to restart" (or whatever the restart warning is) when you select the mission.

Good to know, thanks. It didn't used to work that way on ps4 and they never put the fix in their patch notes. I'll have to check when I get home.
