How do you raid?
How do [i]you[/i] raid?
What are your favorite/easiest/best strategy for either raid, on any part. (Templar, death singer, atheon, bridge) It doesn't matter if it is a cheese or not. I just want to hear your opinion.
Edit: when there are more comments, I will describe how I run parts of CE and VoG.
1. Abyss on hard and normal is fun for me to solo. Hunter with blade dancer, blink strike, stalker, and the other invis perks is just so easy. All I need is for one other Hunter to make it with me, just in case of the ogres.
2. Oh my oh my, the bridge is sooo good. We usually cheese it on hard, not all the time, but some. I love doing it legit-ish. As a Hunter, I grab the sword once he is down and jump across the way. I use the sword to swing across, and to the left rock area. If I make it, I go up on the platform and hide behind the small pillar on the left side of the platform. (Looking from starting side) then my guardians just wipe out enemies and a quick wipe for shrieked room, and that is that :)
Edit 2: jeez! I go to take a shower and I come back to 12 comments? Oops, and missed call from gf. Shit.. But thanks guys! Here is my death singer strat. :)
Just lure out wizards, kill them, hunters take shriekers, and mess up ir yut. Easiest part by far lol. (Eating an apple and that is all you have to do really. :P)
Crota my old foe, how you doing? Now I do Crota mid strat. Sword bearer goes down, others stay up. Same old same old. Down Crota and get 2-3 hits and yer good! Go to right tower for hard on ogres, and bottom mid for norm. My fingers are tired so I'll do vog tomorrow. Thx for the comments, you guys are awesome!

Modificato da Ujustdied: 4/21/2015 12:15:15 AMI offer to do the bridge solo but usually I try to get people to do the bridge legit and for the deathsinger I go left by myself and have everyone go the other way and then meet up with them on the right side and then we push in and kill ir yut from that side For crota normal I just do left strategy and I jump on the platform that holds the chalice and throw 2 fusions and 3 shotgun shots to kill him and then we down him twice and I hit him 4 times each down. We then wait for him to move back middle and I hit him 4 more times and he is dead. We down him another time if I miss a hit but that usually doesn't happen and we never do to ogres on normal

On abyss the whole group runs through from lamp to lamp. Simple as that. Bridge is ALWAYS done legit. I'll go to left and kill my ogre by myself most of the time. Whenever people propose we wipe before the hallway I just solo it. Never will understand why people insist on wiping for it. I consider these people inexperienced. On deathsinger I run left. Team asks if I'm luring the wizard. I say yea. I exit the room with death blasts following me. The people on my side wait for the wizard for 3 hours as I move to the right hoping that the deathsinger is ready to be killed. Crota I do left strat normal/ mid on hard. After adds are cleared, I grab the chalice and stand on the chalice rock to solo the swordbearer. I jump from that rock as I call rockets. We down him 3 times and he's dead on normal and almost dead on hard.

For Crota solo everything except deathsinger for some reason I enjoy having a team for that whether it's one other person or 5

Abyss I usually don't shoot at all. Don't touch me gauntlets, invis perks and run. If everyone dies I usually solo the rest still not shooting

For Deathsinger, I find it easier to go in the room with another guardian, rocket the shit out of her, take down the shrieker, then move to the right and kill adds. Once she starts her eulogy, we take her out if she's still up.

I think the abyss/thrall part is fun...I use Fatebringer and icebreaker to get through since they make explosions Run, run, run, turn around and shoot with icebreaker to clear the group

2 RisposteLove to solo abyss, dont kill the ogre on hard mode, just keep going invis so he dont see you, love to climb the tower in the second part of crotas end to despawn thralls, really enjoy running sword even though im very new at it and im still learning

I roll with it. The groups in the VoG do so many things differently than the "standard" way pre DLC days. As long as the group is effective I just go with the flow. If the group hits a brick wall I speak up. "We tried it your way a few times. How about we try it my way...." Had a group insist in doing the Gorgons on normal mode some backwards crazy way. Took a few minutes a run. I was shot down when I spoke up. After a few wipes I got them to follow me. Ran through in 20 seconds.

I always solo the Mars portal. With my Hunter I shoot 3 gallys at the gatekeeper, crouch by the column to go invisible, grab the relic and bounce. With the Titan I shoot 3 gallys at the gatekeeper, throw down a bubble with blessings of light and helm of st 14 on the relic. Wait for the minotaurs to attack you in the bubble, blind them and then bounce. Warlocks the easiest. Shoot 3 gallys, melee the first Minotaur that spawns for a solar shield, grab the relic and bounce. If you die just use Rez and pick the relic back up. Gjallarhorn is a crutch here, but it enables you to have 1-2 people go in Venus which makes it that much easier to get them done at the same time.

1 RispondiUsed to raid with amazing teams. We ran the gauntlets when they first came out and quickly adapted to the legit strategies. I remember that we figured out the secret chest within a few weeks. Amazing days. Little cheesing, then cheesing once it got stale, haha.
