If you don't play much Crucible and are simply looking to get more Light on your armor, don't bother with any faction other than Vanguard. FWC, Dead Orbit, etc all take Crucible commendations and marks to buy their stuff. Get Vanguard to Rank 3 to start getting some armor and look to [url]https://www.destinylfg.net/[/url] to find people to play through the Raids on (I would recommend starting with Vault of Glass on Normal after you top level 26).
