All perks are disabled until legendary rarity. Same perks as exotic except exotic perk replacing spray and play. First perk: third eye Perk tree/skill tree: perfect balance, hammer forged, field scout. Exotic form is SUROS without lowered fire rate. Special perk: extinction of the dark. Fires lasers instead of bullets, slowly heals health after a kill, hip fire is dead accurate and damage to all minions of darkness doubles when maxed out. It seems op but it takes a total of 10 exotic shards to max it out
