Can't get past level 26
I'm having trouble getting past lvl 26. I've done plenty of strikes and few Eris bounties and a lot of regular bounties. I have rank 1 Vanguard and FWC. Do I just need to get them to level 2 and 3 to really do anything?

Rank up the vanguard to L2 and get grinding for those marks so you can buy the legendary armour.

Level up vanguard to rank 2, grind marks, buy vanguard gear, do crotas end....this is the fastest way

If you get one piece of vanguard or fwc gear, and an exotic, you can be varied through crota on easy. Then getting all raid gear non leveled will get u to 30 then get shards and level them up

Grind patrol and strikes is easy and fun. Then just buy gear from Vanguard. Then do Public Events for Shades.

Yes, unless you get some lucky drops u will have to grind strikes or crucible to rank up to level 2 to buy armor. if you ask in recruitment , I'm sure ppl would help you though normal vog and you can at least get some shards and maybe a piece of armor. Are u on ps4?

Get your vangaurd to rank 2 then play the strike playlist till you have enough Mark to by some legendary boots and gaunlets

Get to rank 2 FWC or vanguard, both is better though. Buy their armor with marks and upgrade. Roc strikes are so good as well as doing the weekly heroic to buy exotic armor from xur.

Play ROC strikes until you've 125-150 marks. Each rank after 2 gets you a vanguard commendation (plus a free legendary item from the vanguard, could be armor, shards, weapon..etc) , so do lots of bounties. You need 1 commendation for (Vanguard legendary) Chest piece and 1 for helmet, so by the time you're level 4 vanguard reputation you should have all the commendations and marks for all 4 pieces of armors.

By doing Vanguard roc, you have chance to get legendary items and rare items that have more light than usual On top of that, the marks you earn can get you more armor

5 RisposteGrind bounties and strikes until you reach level 2 with the vanguard. Then you can buy armor to get you to level 31. After that you can begin doing crota on normal to get the raid gear. Do the weekly heroic to get enough coins to have at lest one piece of exotic armor. Good luck!

3 RisposteYour best bet is to get up to rank 3 in vanguard, then buy and upgrade your gear until you are at least 28 or 29. Run crota on normal until you get all the raid gear. It will be hard to find a group at such a low level but if you are upfront about it, there are plenty of people that will help. Which platform are you?

once you reach the might light lvl on blue armor you can only go higher by buying and aquipping the varguard or other sellers legendary armor, to do that you need to get vanguard or crucible marks by playing ton of strikes or playing ton in the cruicible. full legendary gear will get you to lvl 31.

Yes focus on doing one. Once vanguard or crucible is rank 2 and 3 you can start to buy armor to get you to 31. It will take a few weeks to get enough marks but you can get every piece in about two. I would suggest vanguard because its easier to do bounties. Also hit the weekly strike for a few hundred rep and a few marks.

You have all blue gear. You need legendary stuff to get anywhere. But it from the vanguard vendors or get it from raiding. Have fun!

Yeah the armor can get you to lvl 31 if you have the whole set which is really hard
