I have come across this bug numerous times, where as I have fully upgraded 2 separate blackhammers, on two separate occasions, and even though they are fully upgraded, they display as un-upgraded. By that I mean that that progress bar is still there, displaying that I have roughly one more upgrade to still buy. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have tried placing the item in my vault, then taking it out, transferring it between characters, and nothing is working.
