What if players were allowed to equip vanity armor? Say you have a Warlock with fully upgraded Crota's End gear. You like being a level 32, but you prefer the look of Vanguard armor. If we had "vanity" armor, we could have certain armor pieces (like Raid gear) being applied to the stats and perks of our character, but we could use Uncommon/Rare/Legendary to be unique in our style. That way we won't all look the goddamn same when you Inspect someone. Some of those Rare Titan helmets I get in Roc Strikes look kinda cool...
