I'm teaching myself pencak silat
Just the jurus. It's pretty relaxing and it's fun to have an activity that involves the whole body. I'll have to keep my eyes out for a trainer but I don't here there are any in Ontario.

1 RispondiAs a person who has spent a considerable amount of time in Jakarta and Bali, my opinion is you're wasting your time. The Indonesians are good at many things, but fighting is not one of them. But if it's fun for you, go for it.
