Ok so I might not be right. But I think the new raid boss will be the queens brother, due to the raid actually being in the Reef, He hates the guardians and everything that has to do with the traveler so he uses the house of wolves to overthrow the queen and tries to go after the last city. You and your fireteam of six challenge the queens brother to a fight. Located in the arena you and your fireteam fight the queens brother to the death, while fighting he's using the house of wolves to defend himself while he battles you and your fireteam. I think that he will be in a chassis while he duels you as well, perhaps a devil walker chassis? There will be two stages to the duel, fighting him in his chassis using a relic that I believe will be a gun and it takes two minutes to regenerate each shot without killing fallen, but killing fallen takes off one second each fallen kill. It takes three shots to destroy his chassis and then you fight the queens brother himself but his shield has double epic on it making it harder to take down and a faster regen.
