Still have the 3 never knew what benefit they gave, tempted to use one running CE does other raid group see it? How long does it last? What benefits do they give?

No "benefit", just a cosmetic piece. However, you do heard faint screams which is pretty creepy/cool. Yes, other people can see it, they also hear the screaming when close to you. They last 30 mins I believe.
