Exotic armor, exotic weapons, stop splitting hairs and look at the point. In an RNG based loot system there is no earning. It doesn't matter if it was a piece of armor or a weapon that was GIVEN to you by a lucky draw, that's not earning in any way shape or form. And if you believe it is then your ignorance is the problem here.
