By now it's not cheesing, it's the one of the only three strikes that hasn't been changed since the beginning (the phogoth shrieker room, the spider tank being sniped from millions of miles away on the Sepkis strike and then The Mars strike) this is all proof that some areas have been known about since the beginning by Bungie and they don't care/they were intended to be there. If they wanted to fix it they could have by now.
