There's a certain spot in the ceiling (idk where) where the enemies can't shoot at you.

Nope. The lamp or the area above are nice hiding spots but you sure can still die over here from Valus or his minions' weapons.

What lamp?! And I know for a fact there is a spot in the ceiling. I switched to someone's pov when I died a couple days ago and they were chilling inside of it.

Google a youtube video with elems such as Destiny, Valus, lamp. There are posts on this forum as well, but good luck finding 'em lol. The easiest way to reach the lamp for me is with a Titan, but you can go there with an Arcanist or a Hunter just as well.

Opposite from the lamp there are a bunch of cables (on the right side vs. left) that I've seen video of someone in. Could be that's the location on the ceiling. Also, there's supposed to be an air vent near the entrance that you can squeeze into, that could also be the ceiling location.
