Dick pics are patriotic, 'Muricans!
It's a long watch, I know. Especially for those of us with goldfish-level attention spans.
But the upshot is...
#1: The guvmnt has your dick on file
#2: You should still take pics of it, 'cause patriotism.

What I can get from this is, the best way to fight this over extension of governmental surveillance abilities, is to send more dick pics than the desk monkey sorting through these pictures can handle. We will kill them with the power of penis.
