The 111 precision damage is from the unique "last word" perk where you get extra precision damage when hip firing. There is a bug where this sometimes happens when ADS as well so that's how you get those 2 shot kills. It can happen at any range not just close range. Agree with a lot you say there man nice post. I hate when people complain about this stuff yet they are probably the ones running around with a Final round/shot package/hammer forged/aggressive ballistics felwinters lie (wish I had one hehe) blinking around the map the whole game.
