I agree with the op in the fact that it's a bugged weapon and is stupid in pvp. I have it and use it time to time but it does feel like cheating using it, I dominate games with it. Only time I ever pull it out is if me and my team are facing enemies using it or if I somehow feel the need to go super saiyan try hard.
