Considering arctic proxy is a rare shader and not a legendary one, I can't believe I don't own one, nor have I seen one being worn. So I'm curious to see how many people either have this shader, or have witnessed it on other guardians. Edit: If you have gotten arctic proxy, where did you get it from, and if relevant, what level did you get it at?
