So what you're saying is if I (god forbid) shoot this gun and (even worse!) Aim down the sights on it, and get a kill, I am a cheater! D: I don't think I can handle this right now guys, This fool believes that people who use 1 out of a million guns (in a game that revolves around gunplay) that they are cheating because some guy told him that there is a bug that no one knows about.

In this case, using The Last Word in a manner that exploits the bugged eponymous perk to your advantage is technically considered cheating. Not sure what's so hard to understand about that. When you sign up for Live and PSN, it's in the ToS. Unless you didn't read it.
