Design: Looks like the minigun from the Vorkuta mission in Black Ops.
Attributes: Low Range, maxed out firing speed, medium impact, no reload speed. 175 bullets in a magazine

Exotic Upgrade: Russian Revenge- There is no reserve ammo, 175 bullets in a magazine and ammo drops more often for this gun.
