I only let 31s in, and I'll tell you why...
Being a lvl 31+ means that you actually play the game, now I understand that people don't have money for DLC, but then I need to see that you are good. I have gotten in to many games with scrubs that never have done VoG before...

What about newer players? Pay it forward and take some new players through a raid.

A hard raid is not the place to teach new players. That's what normal is for.

False. That isn't teaching. They'd get the same "lesson" watching a youtube clip. Watching better players backpack you to your loot doesn't make you experienced.
