....but aside from the *very small* difference in your armor, there's no difference in a 30 and a 32 in the Vault. They will do the same damage.
I'd rather a 30 with fully leveled Vault Weapons than a 32 with max gally.
But you're right about one thing - you can have bad raids with even experienced groups.

You are right about damage dealt....but damage taken is far less at level 32. The funniest thing about people complaining about picky people is that everyone has the power to make a group. So instead of crying about picky people they could just create their own group.
