I am not saying that it is tight to exclude people at level 30 but at thos point in the game it is entirely possible to achieve level 31 or 32 without actually doing vog. Even at level 30 vog was difficult with a party that was extremely experienced.

....but aside from the *very small* difference in your armor, there's no difference in a 30 and a 32 in the Vault. They will do the same damage. I'd rather a 30 with fully leveled Vault Weapons than a 32 with max gally. But you're right about one thing - you can have bad raids with even experienced groups.

You are right about damage dealt....but damage taken is far less at level 32. The funniest thing about people complaining about picky people is that everyone has the power to make a group. So instead of crying about picky people they could just create their own group.
