I think its silly, but there's also no reason anyone playing doesn't just buy gear to get to level 30/31. I think not taking anyone under 30 in, especially now isn't a big deal, no reason to take someone in that'd be at a disadvantage when you can easily hit 30 or 31. But requiring anyone be above 30 (especially 32 only) is crazy and not necessary. That said vault requires a lot of teamwork and being able to hold your own at times, where crota you arguably can have a few guys carry the team in each section. Basically do not do the vault via lfg/pug, especially on hard if you don't plan to play seriously. If you're playing with experienced people listen to them and don't just do your own thing.
