31's in Hard Crota? I personally think that is unacceptable.

So has mine, but having 32s makes everything before Crota super easy

First part: Even The 31 hunters solo it. Second part: Cheese Ir yut: all Gjallarhorns and HoC (with locks bombing her with Nades and bubble for protection and the occasional "invis hunter the last man standing" clutch. Crota: 32 runs sword, the 31s are great at carrying their own weight With healing abilitys and what not. The level is unimportant, what matters is experience. That's why we did it so easily, the 31s we did it with were all 32s just leveling up other characters or just played CE a lot and can't get that one piece.

In all honesty, If we have around 3-4 32's, we'll tack on a few 31/30's if they want. From experience they preform a lot poorer than we do, mostly in the form of dying. I'm all for running normal to get them the gear, because most of them feel like dead weight on Hard. I wish I could run into these Uber Tier 31's people keep bringing up a lot more often, because to me, they are in very short supply.

I've done it with 3 31s, not unacceptable but certainly harder. And the only reason I help 31s is because I used to be a 31 as well and know what the 31 discrimination feels like.

So get to 32 and the discrimination ends, there is absolutely no excuse to be not 32 on at least one character at this point.

The only reason anyone should not be 32 is if they've played for less than 15 hours or they just suck and don't do anything, it's just a lack of effort, so why should lazy noobs be able to participate in what all the 32's worked hard to get to, and they feel entitled to be carried.

Well, not everyone has the time to play Iron Banner or play Destiny all week long. What if they don't have the expansion? There is excuses to not being a 32.

It takes about 12-20 hours to get 32 on a character, that's ridiculous, 4-6 hours for the campaign if you don't suck, 4 hours farming for simple vanguard gear, 4-6 hours for crota's end farming for mats and pieces. They can't participate anyways.

Most people go to schools and get their education. They care more about their brain and their education than their level in a stupid video game. Don't treat it like it is a requirement to be a Lvl 32 there is much more important things to worry about than the Lvl of your character in a video game.

I did my first hard Crota raid at lvl 30 and nobody even complained about it once.

Maybe things have changed since i quit, but my first crota normal complete was with 5 30s 1 31 day one +3 hours. Crota hard Day 2+? Hours with 6 32s. Next few days though, several 31s in the group.
