If it were me, I would be looking for players with 2200+ Grimoire. This would show that they should have completed a fair amount of content including the VoG. I've run it too many times with 31 & 32s that have never even opened the vault before and let's face it, Crota's End is a glorified strike that is 75% cheesable.
