I've received it twice. And sharded it twice.
In fact I've received a lot of FWC guns (since I run FWC bond on one character). But the only gun I haven't received is the one I want - the sniper rifle. I've sharded two pulse rifles, a shotgun with poor stats, and two rocket launchers (both with only 1 in the chamber).

That shotgun with "low stats" i used it to get 34-0 in control and ain't even maxed

Good for you. Don't need the patronizing quotations when you make a statement. I've always preferred my vanguard secret handshake with shot package. Glad that shotgun works for you.
