Is Surplus Perk a Joke?
So I was trying to compete the SGA Exotic Bounty and got to the 500 Machine Gun kills part. "Oh good! I'll use my new Jolder's Hammer with Surplus. I won't have to waste any synths."
15 minutes, a bunch of waves of hive and a completed bounty later and I got one, uno, singular heavy drop. I used 2 synths just to get it over with faster. Is this the norm for this perk because right now it is feeling pretty worthless. I don't expect ammo to drop from every kill but one heavy in 15 minutes of continuous kills seems kinda broken to me.

Just do The Wakening and kill the waves of cursed Thrall that spawn after you encounter the first Shrieker. The whole thing is over in a couple of minutes and you won't have to use a single synthesis regardless of kind.
