I don't know about you guys, but I haven't received a single legendary engram for the last ten or so cryptarch packages. The last cryptarch update they did was supposed to make him "Harder to rank up, but much more rewarding". Scratch that, it just takes about twice as long to rank him up now. Which is a little ridiculous considering you receive more blue stuff in his packages. So what is up with the cryptarch? Is he just a bastard to me or is this a streak of bad luck?
