This weapon would be game breaking in pvp. One burst kills WITH dot just in case a shot from the burst missed? It also has more ROF AND impact than three little words. It's mag size is also bigger than possible on any other pulse rifle.

How about something new like rare, legendary or exotic but call it timeless. Timeless would be a weapon group with a red box identifying old ungraded legendaries like fatebringer to the new power level. These weapons should be turned timeless "red box color" with commendations depending on the faction weapon crucible or vanguard commendations
