I've rolled and upgraded a couple of these and your roll is the one I want the most. Zen moment really tames the recoil of this gun and the reload speed of outlaw just isn't necessary so I think zen moment wins I thought high caliber rounds would be he best but nope, it staggers enemies enough already and to be honest with HCR it makes it harder to get headshots on lower tier enemies since they flinch so hard.
