It's as op as supers but I don't think it's game breaking. I think it is no skill and disgusting when people use it as a primary though.
Edit: I also think the fire rate should be nerfed.

I agree. I can't stand those who use Felwinter's as a primary. There's so much cheap stuff you have to put up with just to stay alive long enough to get into an actual gunfight it's pretty annoying. I can only imagine how fun PVP would be with a super free barebones playlist.

Yep. So many people have asked for a barebones playlist yet Bungie ignores us. I've said it, many of my friends have said it, people all over the forums, and even IGN mentioned how they thought Inferno should have been no supers but we all get ignored. I love being in gun fights but this game doesn't offer much of that. You try to get in a gunfight & end up killed by the push of a button, often times while behind cover. I wonder who thought that was a good idea. Lol
