Why hasn't the Titan bubble CHEESE been addressed?
When you inspect the six man fireteam you're going up against and you see it coming before the match. 4+ defender Titans with Alpha Lupi and 1-2 golden gunning hunters.
What happens: Once all the Titans on the team have WoD bubble, they will go straight to the B zone. After stacking 4 armor bubbles on top of each other, the hunters walk through what is now an "unlimited super portal". Of course, the bubbles will build off of themselves so the orbs just keep coming. Meaning, yes, literally NON-STOP GG.
This has happened countless times in one iron banner to me. Now I just leave at the beginning if I suspect it.
The worst part is it turns any average player into a god for the time being. We were up 12k to 6k when they start cheating last night. Yes, it is cheating when you have a highly assisted OHK supercharged gun with at least 3 bullets all the time. Your argument is already invalid. Yes, a vortex nova bomb will clear the bubbles and so will FoH. The fact of the matter is it is extremely difficult to beat and I have yet to do so. I'm far from average in the crucible so when I can beat you, just take it haha

If you haven't been victim to this, I fear, it won't be long. It's obviously the "new thing to do" in the crucible. I know the original video from gigglemonster on YouTube is still there(if it's not the original, I don't care).
Why do people exploit this game to this extent? Do you report them? Do you use this method?
EDIT: much strategy, pls teach. Thanks to everyone who isn't hiding in an armor bubble with their other bubble buds
EDIT: someone mentioned tacking orbs out of pvp. I think it's a perfect solution to abusing the system. Earning your own super as opposed to being handed one for running through a bubble is a solid fix.

Nova bomb might get a couple of kills, but their whole team has supers charged and the bubbles are separated somewhat, so it wouldn't matter. And controlling the other 2 zones doesn't help. The hunters will just find you and golden gun you. I'm all for teamwork and strategy, and believe that a coordinated team should be rewarded. But a team of 6 decent players using this strategy will beat a team of MLG pro players 99% of the time. If a team uses this tactic and loses, it is because they are awful at this game, not because the other team was so good. Side note: I have never been against a team that tried this, but I have seen it on YouTube and perfectly understand how it works and how unstoppable it can be.

I remember the video of that strategy was being posted. A lot of people saying "oh es good strategy. Not many people would do it because of the team work needed!" And now it's starting to become wide spread......

The scenario you have shown suggests a and c are not being guarded, that's a good start. Don't feed them kills and the orbs alone won't just charge the entire teams super. Or ya know, you can "just quit" those matches and come crying and moaning on the forums. That will get you real far in life in general. Supering the bubble is always good, so there's that.

I don't do iron banner through the fact I like to not fall asleep with PvP content, but are they not just tactfully using what the characters are capable off? Can't your team do the same thing or does the fact the other team do it prevent you from doing it? I don't understand

I dont pvp much, but it just sounds like premades with good communication and tactics. You mean someone Is actually using a super effectivly and team mates are cycling orbs to each other? OH THE HUMANITY!!

I don't see the problem here. Doesn't this mean that points A and C are open to take? And please don't call this a cheese, as unfortunate as it is, four titan bubbles piled onto one another is a legitimate strategy, one that comes with its drawbacks. A well timed Bladedancer could cut through most of those Titans before dying. Now, wether you decide to keep going back to feed them kills or move onto another point depends on how stubborn you are.

The only method I can say that worked for me is screw the B flag and get A and C since they're going to stay at the one flag....and if they move to a flag then u take their previously

2 RisposteIts not a cheese, its a strat. Its called using game mechanics and teamwork to play a good game and become unstoppable. This is what makes destiny PVP amazing, because good teamwork will overpower any 'NERF -insert gun here- NOW!!!" Weapon. The community thinks destiny pvp is broken, yet its one of the best RPG PVP systems on next gen.

Any equally skilled and coordinated team can counter that strategy easily. Get a team. Git gud. Stop crying like a bitch.

If there firetea is doing this then get your fire team to work together to get Rd of it. They are working together to win. That's the point of the game, so do so yourself

Titan bubbles are stationary so if you and your group stop feeding the golden gunners victims and/or shooting the titans bubble to create orbs for them it will run out. If they are pulling this on one side of the map... Go to the other side until it's done. Also it takes a defensive strategy for the Titan-titties to work well so sit back and wait for all the supers to ware off and let them come to you. One last point... A fist of havoc of nova bomb will cost the enemy team dearly due to them bunching up. If well placed your super could give you a sweet "team kill" and please record it for us. :)

1 RispondiI've only ran in to this once and after a striker titan killed all 6 of them they changed their strategy and started playing normally....
